This page explains what data the PRACTIQ CIRCLE website collects, why, and what rights you have. The short version: no ads, no data sales, and analytics only starts after your explicit consent.

Who we are

PRACTIQ CIRCLE is a practice network around the Launch protocol, a project by BVISIONERS (Warsaw, Poland). For anything related to your data, contact center@practiqcircle.com — we reply within a reasonable time, usually a few business days.

What data we process

  • Technical server logs. Our web server (nginx) automatically records standard access logs: IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser user-agent and response status. We keep them for a limited period solely for security, debugging and abuse prevention (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are never used for marketing or profiling.
  • Anonymous analytics — Google Analytics 4. Loaded only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Configured with IP anonymization, Google Signals disabled and ads personalization disabled. We look at aggregate numbers only — pages visited, approximate region, device type. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics scripts or cookies are loaded at all.
  • Admin cookies. A session cookie is set only for our own staff signing in to the site admin panel. Regular visitors never receive it.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no sale or transfer of personal data to third parties. Email addresses you write to us from are used only to answer you.

Data recipients

If you consent to analytics, usage data is processed on our behalf by Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics 4) under its data processing terms. Our hosting provider technically stores the server logs. No other recipients.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting past processing). You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise any right, email center@practiqcircle.com.

Withdrawing analytics consent

Use the Cookies link in the footer: it clears your stored choice and shows the consent banner again, where you can decline. Declining also removes Google Analytics cookies set earlier. Alternatively, clear cookies and site data for this website in your browser.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date above. The current version always lives at practiqcircle.com/en/privacy.html.
